friendly staff ideal location clean room small room breakfast variety shower leak
The staff were REALLY friendly and helpful to me. The location is ideal. I walked to the main attractions. The rooms and the hotel were clean, which i appreciated.
The rooms are small, which can be inconvenient. Breakfast had not MUCH variety, unfortunately. I had an issue with the shower leaking and the bathroom floor getting wet. NOTHING was done about it even after complaining.

fantastic stay near historical sites!
superb location helpful staff
The location was superb. i found it convenient to walk to major attractions such as the blue mosque and hagia sophia (i even took a leisurely stroll to the grand bazaar!). the staff was helpful. They arranged my airport transfer and even provided great local dining recommendations. the free wifi was also very fast.
the rooms were a bit small for my liking. i had some difficulty maneuvering with my luggage, and storage space felt limited. i hope they can look into optimizing the room layout for better space utilization in the future.

the hotel is close to the t1 tramline. the position is perfect for exploring historic sites and experiencing local culture, nice for convenient travel throughout the city.

the hotel provided a generous breakfast display with traditional turkish items. the breakfast service included pastries, yogurt, fresh fruit, turkish dips, various meats, and a selection of cheeses, providing many choices.

the staff was friendly, polite, and helpful . some employees were fluent in english. they were always available to meet my requests.

the room was clean and well-kept daily. the hotel's newer furniture added to the overall appeal of the room. the room also offered a fine sea view.
