wonderful experience in the heart of it all

The location was superb. Major attractions are easily accessible. the staff helped me arrange bosphorus tours and airport transfers without problems. breakfast was amazing. It featured turkish dips, meats, cheeses, pastries, yogurts, and fruit. wifi worked very well (i could watch youtube videos easily).
The electricity shuts off when the hotel card is removed from its slot. This made it difficult to charge my laptop while i was away. there were only two outlets in the room and they were hard to access.

the hotel is close to many beautiful sights and attractions. it is easy to visit topkapi palace, the blue mosque, hagia sophia, and the grand bazaar. the hotel is also near a tram stop which helps with travelling to more distant sights.

the hotel offers free wifi throughout the premises. it also provides airport transfer services. there is luggage storage. the hotel features a garage traveling by car (i think that's very convenient).

The staff was always friendly and helpful. They arranged everything i requested. they made some excellent recommendations regarding local sights. they also gave me a useful map with recommendations. i felt very welcomed and cared for .

my room was clean and well-kept (the cleaning service was very efficient). the superior double room included comfortable beds. fresh towels were provided daily. i found it to be a restful and quiet space after a long day.

The staff were REALLY friendly and helpful to me. The location is ideal. I walked to the main attractions. The rooms and the hotel were clean, which i appreciated.
The rooms are small, which can be inconvenient. Breakfast had not MUCH variety, unfortunately. I had an issue with the shower leaking and the bathroom floor getting wet. NOTHING was done about it even after complaining.

The location was superb. i found it convenient to walk to major attractions such as the blue mosque and hagia sophia (i even took a leisurely stroll to the grand bazaar!). the staff was helpful. They arranged my airport transfer and even provided great local dining recommendations. the free wifi was also very fast.
the rooms were a bit small for my liking. i had some difficulty maneuvering with my luggage, and storage space felt limited. i hope they can look into optimizing the room layout for better space utilization in the future.
